Topic : GENDER DIFFERENCES AND LEADERSHIP Problem Statement Leadership is an attitude that influences people to do something that we want to achieve. Leadership nowadays has been discussing in our professional lifestyle. In fact, leadership did not choose any gender but it depends on the ethics of some people. With the correlation on this topic, we are doing some study to examine the relationship between the gender and the leadership effectiveness. This research being conducted to know the opinion of some people on how the gender will affect the leadership effectiveness. Throughout this research, we will find out who are the most skilful and have the efficient leadership between man and woman. Besides, we will know the point of view from person and how they judge the leadership in woman and man. Today’s world said that leadership seems to favour women’s leadership style with their ability to contribute to the work. In this study, we will manage to see the differences in the leadership scope with the ability of woman and man’s leadership styles.

Research question RQ1. Do you think woman can become a leader? This question is asked to know the opinion of people whether they confident when a woman become a leader. RQ2. Who will be a better leader, man or woman? This question is asked to know who will be a better leader; between man and woman.
